Hailstone message AND everyone will be saved? Questions
by slimboyfat ini’ve not been paying close attention to watchtower developments, but talking to a jw yesterday it occurred to me the society (yes, still use that term - old school) have been sending out mixed messages in recent years.
from what i gather, a few years ago the gb announced that during the great tribulation jws would be required to preach a “hailstone message of judgement” which involved telling people it was too late for them to repent and they were definitely going to be destroyed.
there were hints that this could be very soon, “any day now” preaching could stop and the hailstone message come in, kind of thing.

I think they are making it easier to be a JW and this is a serious attempt at keeping the younger generations from leaving. The only ones angered by this are the boomer generation and older who lived their entire lives under these rules. They are not the future and the GB finally realised this.
Only thing I am certain of is why TMIII was removed. Mr Tight Pants himself would have never approved this and likely was the huge hold-out in all these GB votes. Probably was actively campaigning behind the scenes and was causing division in the GB ranks.
Looks like the modernisers have taken the victory. Unclear as to how far they will take this. 1914 is a huge inconvenience right now and I think they might wait until more of the older ones die off before repealing it.

"Cara pronounced Sara" doesn't get enough attention. And by attention, I mean mockery.
He was trying to humiliate her by going into these details about who he was with. This was the same guy who asked her to purchase condoms for him prior to the trip, so it’s all related.
By dishing out personal details like the pronunciation of her name, her possible occupation and her return to Bangkok, he was also trying to make his wife believe that she wasn’t a hooker. Him going there and purchasing sex wasn’t in line with his stated purpose of seeing if younger women could still be attracted to him. If he’s paying them, it completely negates that point.
I believe Dijana saw through all that, understood the game he was trying to play by painting a picture that he had a lot of options elsewhere, and she called out his bullshit. If his recent comedy routine is anything to go by, I’d say she has been vindicated. Lloyd seems to never get a woman past the initial date(s) and they do not want to pursue it further.
The best revenge is happiness. I think the contrasts between where those two are in their own personal lives right now couldn’t be more vivid.

so it's more of him just regurgitating videos and spouting off his opinions
He reminded the viewer that he stopped doing rebuttals last year in the first segment, so with the exception of the Isaac sacrifice video rebuttal, all of these rebuttals were from last year. 95% of the video was recycled from previous rebuttals. He then appeared in an outro thanking "2023 Lloyd".
You'll see footage of him at Ramacro, thanking Tibor, and his ever changing hair colour and length. One thing that stood out was how energetic he was in the early videos, especially the Ramacro ones. These were the ones where he was riding high on his begging bounce. As he returned to his flat to film, the fire had gone out of his voice and his rebuttals were terse. In contrast he spent long minutes going on and on about trans people in one of the Ramacro videos.
One point he tried to drill that made little sense was how the book of Deuteronomy only forbade men from dressing like women, not necessarily transitioning to women. Uhhh, if the Bible writers thought men dressing as a woman was a sin, surgery to become one was even more of one. He needs to think critically and not be so eager to virtue signal.

his actions will never be forgotten, and i only hope he can find it within himself to continue his work in whatever avenue may become available in the future.. they have won this battle, but they can never win the war.. .

I personally know what it's like to be on the losing side of a legal verdict
I remember him relating this on another thread. This is a key passage. All jokes about the current lawsuit aside, this seemingly random comment of his would indicate that Lloyd regularly uses legal threats to people whom he thinks wronged him. In this particular case, it’s a safe bet that he sued someone and the case was dismissed, possibly someone in the KH he did business with.
That might provide further context as to why “Geoffrey” the evil elder had it out for him. Perhaps it was in Geoffrey’s cong. where he pulled this shit - or a friend/family member of his or even Geoffrey himself.

I doubt there’s much more to the Tibor dispute than money. I.e. Lloyd bitching about how he couldn’t afford him below 620 patrons/YT members and as he slipped below it yet again, it became clear there was no future in working with him. I also think Tibor saw all the allowances Lloyd was giving himself through the business and knew he could well afford him, but insisted on keeping his own compensation high despite the financial losses.
There is a clue as to how Lloyd viewed Tibor and it was in his interview video with him at the end:
”Thank you for taking a cheque from me” or something like that.
What a thing to tell a vital employee! All he could think of is how much he paid him as if it were a huge favour! And this was after an interview where Tibor strenuously defended Lloyd and did not veer once from his talking points.

Does he remember what he wrote to Dijana over two years ago? He ticked off all the boxes - dangling fish in front of the seal by telling her he was thinking of purchasing the family home with her in Istria.
Emotional Manipulation.
Bringing up the girls being upset (which he caused by leaving in a huff) and putting it all on the wife to tell them she’s divorcing him as if she were the one in the wrong.
Emotional Blackmail.
Also - Not a fan of the hard and dragging G on the -ing diphthong. Not saying he should drop the G entirely as they do in the American South, but “ing” has its own unique sound. There should be a letter for it on the Latin alphabet.
He would probably pronounce “dipthong” as dipthonGGG.
